I just approved the final proof, and my new book of short stories, Shy Ghosts Dancing: Dark Tales from Southeast Alaska is now on sale in hard copy! I am, to put it mildly, a bit excited.
All ordering options: autographed copies, direct order from the publisher, and e-book are now available. Only the Amazon.com hard copy option is not available yet. That will take them up to 15 days, they say, although it’s usually sooner.

If you live in Haines, you should be able to get it at our local independent bookstore, The Babbling Book. Liz said she’d like to sell it there, I’m just waiting for final word.
Outside of Haines, if you like causing trouble, go in and ask for a copy—see what happens! This will never be a bestseller, so any grassroots promotion any does on any level should have a positive impact on sales. I hope to get it into independent bookstores around Southeast Alaska, at least.
And now, I’m going to go open a bottle of wine to celebrate, or maybe just hyperventilate for a while.
